How are sex workers involved in your organisation?: 
Promote new knowledge regarding STIs and HIV / AIDS among sex workers, and promote full control of women, men and transgenders in enabling them to stay healthy and safe within their work and in their private lives.
Which of NSWP priority areas does your organisation work on?: 
Oppose the criminalisation and other legal oppression of sex work and support its recognition as work
Critique the trafficking paradigm that conflates representations of sex work, migration, and mobility
Advocate for universal access to health services, including primary health care, HIV and sexual and reproductive health services
Speak out about violence against sex workers, including violence from police, institutions, clients, and intimate partners, while challenging the myth that sex work is inherently gender-based violence
Oppose human rights abuses, including coercive programming, mandatory testing, raids and forced rehabilitation
Challenge stigma and discrimination against sex workers, their families and partners, and others involved in sex work
Advocate for the economic empowerment and social inclusion of sex workers as sex workers
What are the two main challenges that the sex workers you work with face: 
We are in a suburb of montreal, a city that does not see the reality. The is a lot of pressure and stigmatization by the police and residents. One challenge is to work with an investigator to ensure that complaints of workers is seriously snuffed and stop the criminalisation of sex workers and thus stop the real perpetrators. Have access at all times to protection and support material support in their applications for access to other resources such as lawyer and health facilities.
Describe other areas of your work: 
Equipped to prevent and promote better support. Denounce the aggressors. Update a list of bad clients, psychosocial interventions such as listening, support, information, visits in thier environment (home, hotel, bars etc.) and much more
